Thursday 9:30AM – 11AM. Let your child socialize with other children, paint and do a craft. Cookies and juice provided. Donation of $1.00 per child requested for the refreshment. First Playgroup will be Sept. 9th. No session 9/23, 9/30, 10/7. Ages 7-12 AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM
Mon. – Fri. 3:30-5:30 PM Sat. 9-11:30AM This is a time of recreation and fun. Experience playing basketball or games in the gym, playing pool or Ping-Pong in the game room, or arts and crafts, painting in the art room. This is not daycare. Free. Ages 13-19 EVENING HOURS Mon.-Thurs. 5:30-9 PM and Sat. 11:30-2PM The gym is open for basketball and the game room open for friendly games of Ping-Pong, foosball and pool. Free.
WEIGHT ROOM -Ages 16 and up –Mon.- Thurs. 4-8PM, Friday 4-7 and Sat. 9-2PM Two rooms of weight equipment for those wishing to tone or build muscles. We also have 2 treadmills for the public to use. FREE. (Under 18 needs parental permission).
FAMILY GYM NIGHT -Friday nights – 5:30-7PM. This is a great opportunity for parents to interact with their children in the gym. Children have to be a least 5 years of age and must be supervised by a parent. Sports equipment available. Some Fridays the family gym night may be preempted because of upcoming events or bingo. No session .

| | Sept. 2, 9, 16, 23, & 30 Thursday 6-8PM Beaded Tri-Lobed Pincushion Each adult will make a Beaded Tri-Lobed Pincushion with colored beads on colored velvet. Kit is included. The workshop will consist of 5 class sessions. Class will start on Sept. 2 - Thursday and continue on Sept. 9, 16, 23 and 30. The class will be taught by Rosemary Hill. The cost for the class $75 and all supplies are included. Please call 754-1990, if interested in the class and to receive further information.

FOURTEENTH ANNUAL COUNTRY FAIR AND COMMUNITY YARD SALE
The timetable for the Country Fair on Saturday, Sept. 18, 2010 is as follows: 9-10 AM Registration for the Judging entries 9AM - 4PM Community Garage Sale on the Red Brick School Grounds 9AM – Registration for Most authentic Cowboy and Little Cowpoke 10-11 AM Judging (Gym will be closed during this time) 10AM – 12 NOON – Music by “Step in Time” 11AM Gym opens for exhibition of competition 11AM – Clothesline Show of Historic Photos of Lewiston 11AM – Announcement of the Winner of the Cowboy and Cowpoke contest 11:30 AM - Junior Garden Club Arrangements 12- 2 PM Petting Zoo 12 Noon - 2PM Bounce-n-Around 12::00– 2PM Performance by “Niagara Frontier Fiddle Club” 2-4PM Music by “Another Thyme” Application forms for the vegetable, flower, food, photography, craft and scarecrow judging are available at the Village of Lewiston Clerk’s Office and Recreation Dept. Bring your scarecrows, photographs, crafts, collages, veggies, flowers, relishes, cakes, pies & cookies to be judged in an old time country fair. | OIL PAINTING FOR ADULTS - | JANUARY 21 TO APRIL 1 - 10-WEEK SESSION - THURSDAYS– 7-9PM OIL PAINTING FOR ADULTS - The objectives of the course will be instruction and critique on the basics of oil Painting. RUBBER STAMPING | TUES. 6:30PM – RUBBER STAMPING WORKSHOP. – Learn the technique of rubber stamping. You will learn several techniques each class. Each class is a stand alone class. This class is different from previous classes. Participants will go home with 2 cards, and a non-card gift. All supplies are included in the cost of the class. Taught by Tracy Harp. All events held at the Red Brick School in Lewiston. Events are open to residents and nonresidents.
